The hashrate is an average based on a pool's published statistics for the week, unless that pool does not publish round history on API or html, in which case it's the hashrate when the list was updated. Remove 50BTC they are STILL scammers and theifs
I still say removing them would be misleading. What happens when some new miner finds them and doesn't know the background? It's better to have them listed with a warning, rather than not listed at all.
