No we are not a scam.
The biggest changes that could happen is ICO launch being delayed due to what seems to be long waiting times for ICO sites to list our ICO and this will be a problem because we will not be sucesfull if people do not know about us, or a change in the team members as and when we add more to give you a more top notch team

No scamming and if we do not reach soft cap, all funds will be returned to the investors as per smart contract code.
You will also notice that we do not have a very low soft cap like some fake ICOs do so that the soft cap is reached easily and the funds released to them and then they run away with it.
