This year there are only a few icos that seem promising to me. Scidex is a one of them. Recently, it's start volunteer program. I've been following them for awhile now- they are creating a platform for science sharing. 
Yes, I am still participating in a selected ICO because as for me crypto currency needs new coins to keep it ticking but sad to think that this time there are many scam ICO scattering over crypto world that we need to take extra care prior investing them. Honestly I was twice a victim of that scam ICO but I have never give up because I still see good opportunity to earn profit out of crypto currency.
