После обращения в поддержку они спросили про одну из транзакций двух месячной давности, я ответил и ни ответа ни привета после этого. Была любимая биржа, теперь никому не посоветую туда заходить, вот что они спрашивали:

The source/destination of funds for the following transaction: [тут был указан хеш транзы] from [2018-04-27]
Your relationship to the sender/recipient of the transfer
The purpose of the transaction

The above information must be provided before re-enabling access to your funds.

PS - знаю еще трех человек у кого такая же ситуация и примерно с тех же дат, у одного из них тоже спросили про транзу а двоим и вовсе не ответили с момента заморозки (с июня)
