Dude there are several exchanges i can think of that excels better that this shit buggy exchange, when they had the ico last year, the competition was lacking but they took so long to deliver and that gave multiple exchanges the change to spring up and surpass whatever they might have been trying to do. So no one gives a fuck about the exscudo fee cos they exchange has no volume. This shit was killed by their delay.
