OK, sorry for taking my sweet time, had to double-check everything. Still probably made a few mistakes, but all the affected planets should be back to original (10k) population.

RE: some complaints about planets being left un-attended, claimable and open for plexiglass stealing. That indeed happened, I'm kinda sorry for this, but I think it's a nice side-effect and a plot hook for the game :)
