I am wondering that you are still newbie here. By the way,market condition is so bad now and every coins or tokens even Bitcoin price are dumping. So,it is very risky to buy or invest anythings through. But if you want and have enough ability then try to go for buying Bitcoin. May be it will pump soon. Otherwise,don't buy anything now. Because we don't know when the market will stable again.
about the stabilization of the market is said as early as 2018. But we see only how each month the price of the crypto currency is falling. What kind of stabilization is it? It will be very good if we have already reached the bottom of the crypto-currency market and the prices will not fall even lower.
