In the grand scale of things, they are going after a casino that uses a meme coin which currently has no value.

Also, it's not the coins value it's the PR coverage of Kanye, despite the value (Note; I'm not defending Kanye). The coin has been out for a few days and has (apparently) received some major media outlet attention. To give them credit they don't know or understand much else about the coin itself. Replying in such a conceited manner, I would surmise, only adds fuel to it all... and in the
grand scheme of things not replying at all would have been very uninformative for Kanye's party. When you're labeling the coin as having such little value, after a response like that, as if to prove the foolishness of these lawyers, it makes the responding party itself look that much less dignified. I'm just making a point that it was a too quick of a reply rather than being a thought out one.
