You are right about that. Unemployment and Underemployment are the main problems that Trustlogucs I think. The hiring process nowadays was not fair in real life. Backer System is sometimes implemented, this is different from the referral system. The backer system will make the applicant qualified for a job even he is not. The job opportunity will be gone to those who really need it and the most qualified applicant.
