I favor altcoin with strong fundamental inside it, like Binance Coin (BNB) and KuCoin share (KCS). These exchange coins have solid, high volume exchanges to back their value. As long as these exchanges keep improving, these coins will rise with them. Note that Binance is looking to make a decent decentralized exchange, the first to end those slow and inconvenient decentralized exchanges out there. If they succeed, it will be huge.

But if you want more of a sure bet, go for ETH, or even BTC itself. I have no doubt BTC will hit its bottom soon ($4K-$5K). I also heard that Vitalik prepared something new for ETH, so this bear market maybe the last time we'll ever be in this price range
