I am looking for new trading exchanges that have a wide range of altcoins and the potential for volume to increase to something decent in the future to list coins on. A lot of newish exchanges i have found recently seem to charge exorbitant listing fees and have extremely low volumes or are just total scams. So i would like to hear your opinion on any new exchanges and whether they are worth trading on and also how much they cost to list new coins on so people can compare the different quality/costs associated with them.
Why does it have to be new exchanges? Like you said, new exchanges mostly can't offer any advantage compared to decent exchange like Binance. If these new exchanges have low volume and expensive listing fee then there's absolutely no reason to choose them, right? Don't forget that these exchanges are more prone to hacking.

AFAIK, Binance don't list coins for a fee, you can't pay them to list your coin. You have to make your coin stand out in quality and popularity to get listed. I think that's very good and one of the reason why they're top of the class now.

Because those larger exchanges are no good to a lot of people that want to trade in newer coins or list there own projects which have smaller market caps. They either don't list newer projects without an extreme list of pre-requisites or they charge an exorbitant fee like $200k to $1million dollars which a lot of newer projects simply just do not have. So i was hoping to make a list of new exchanges with promise that don't have huge listing fees as of yet to assist people with this. I like to buy coins that are not on a lot of exchanges yet and are just starting out which have really good ideas and real world use cases but many of them are unable to breach these humongous listing hurdles. I have seen some exchanges that offer free listings or small fees but i am unsure whether these can be trusted and added to my list.
