the team page will be up before the ICO, and the website clearly says the ICO is on the 1st of September... I am pretty sure it's still August.
What you mean before ICO? ICO means Initial Coin Offering. Am I right ? What is different ICO and Pre-ICO? They distributing free token for pre-ico ? Pre ICO means still they are raising fund. You will responsible if they scamed after pre ICO or ICO? If not , why not yet lock the bounty thread ?

Just relax my friend, I'm sure the team will release profiles of the team soon. Yes they are a little late on releasing this but its fine as they are most likely busy working on the product behind the scenes.
