yep it is a SCAM. I sent my SGL balance from 1 of my wallets to them (tx has enough confirmations and tx id is valid), 48 hours passed and there are no tokens. My Metamask has still 0 balance for this token. I did everything according to their guide. All It was the waste of time :-(
The high gas price on the ethereum has been higher then normal, so the transactions weren't processed. Not a scam. but then its just easier to yell scam then to do any actual reseach huh? 
And about research, I can see that there are unconfirmed transactions for this contract. I can see that only several are new (currently 5 hours ago and my portion is not here), another unconfirmed are from 3 days ago. So what else could I find if there is nothing more known.
