It's mostly related to mining rates vs market capitalization. An enormous portion of DOGE's total coin is mined per day and making it to the market. BTW trade volume isn't universally a positive event. for example when people panic sell you get large trade volume. If you only buy stocks because of high trade volume you will end up buying some stocks that are crashing.
