ETH  is already below 270$. For the first time in history ether dipped below its price one year ago. But this is not a reason to consider ETH garbage. If the market trend changes, it will grow.

About the bull market. EVERYONE was talking and waiting for the change of movement in the market. That's why there's no shift. When the last holders lose hope then  will be a change of trend. Now panic among those who sits in altcoins. Bitcoin keeps more confident. There are no new players and no new money in the market. This is the main problem.
