As long as the market is continuously rising you can sell your coin but if not then you need to wit until mrket is pumping again. Sometime you dont need to wait for long because market is increased rapidly but there's a time you will wait for a month before you can sell. And it wise when you sell your coin when market is rising because surely it can bring you good profit, while selling when market is falling is not wise thing to do .
