You could achieve that even without bitcoin, You could hide your money somewhere without anyone knowing about it but that comes with the risk if someone finds the money, With bitcoin it would be easier to keep your money safe.
If you deposit a large sum of money in a bank they would pay you interest, No bank would ask any questions, Governments would only know how much money you have if you deposit them in banks, You are trying to make bitcoin sound like a real miracle, Which could be for so many people I know I promised you some merits for constructive post but this is something we all know, There is nothing new, Maybe this could be useful for noobs.
