I would suggest to take a look first the projects that the manager handles before you join in his campaign. If there are a lot of complaints from that manager then just avoid them. If the manager is a newbie then avoid the campaign as well because there is no trust established yet for that manager; however, if he belongs to a group of bounty managers then you can consider joining in them.
