You are right that projects like this are there. But they are all only at the idea stage. So far Winstars has only an idea, but if the developers show the platform this will be a significant step towards development and the project will go into the working stage.
If I understood everything correctly from chat Telegram, the work on creation of the platform has already begun. So we just have to wait for the good news from Winstars.
