I think it has to do with dumb people like that guy on reddit who took at a 400,000K loan to by BTC and is now paying 9,000 a month to pay it back. Those types are gone and it's a lot of smart money left. There aren't many people dumb enough to get dumped on anymore so we are kind of at an impasse
