If I am not mistakenly read, the pre ico stage 2 will be at September this year. And as I see the market is in the downtrend right now. Wish this current condition won't affect the purchasing power of the investors.

Yeah, investors sentiment right now are in a watch and see attitude towards investments, but I guess they would get to realized the big potential value of this project once its rolled out. Hopefully they would get to realize that.

They need non crypto investors to push the market . If that is they can partner with existing firms with big banks

That would be very good but I think we need a new Bitcoin hype otherwise no new people will enter th market.

The next hype will come. Blockchain technology is being implemented in a lot of services now and will get recognised more and more. We should see growth again but for now we should take advantage of low market prices and do some good investments like eHealth.
