The real problem isn't the accredited investor round or the $120 million raise. The real problem here is that they're raising this at a total market cap valuation of $6 billion which is seriously crack pipe territory and makes it severely unlikely that investors will make any money. It's bad enough that it's not open source and has fees tied to it, now they're worsening it's case by selling at such a crazy valuation.
true, I am also thinking about that and with a 50B tokens, I think it's overkill. But it has huge promise if they can pull this off. But I think with that kind of investment in a product that is still in development, it is crazy!
