I never used Hitbtc exchange site. But i need to use it because one of my coins doing good there
But my elder brother told me hitbtc not safe totally , it stucked deposit money /Withdraw. What about now? is it safe now?

I have not never traded on hitbtc, now there are quite a lot of new coin to list on this exchange, the security issue I see the trading floor is now quite safe
