What do you mean? When I came home from work and read your post I was a little worried. Then I took a quick look on coinmarketcap and the price was around 30% up. So I do not understand what you mean (or was there a flash crash that is not indicated on CMC properly?).
Well, the price went up to about 9k sat for some (pretty short) time. Guess that's what he is referring to.
in markets of such a small depth, you can really do wonders, probably a large majority of offers comes from one person or group
