If I am not mistakenly read, the pre ico stage 2 will be at September this year. And as I see the market is in the downtrend right now. Wish this current condition won't affect the purchasing power of the investors.

Yeah, investors sentiment right now are in a watch and see attitude towards investments, but I guess they would get to realized the big potential value of this project once its rolled out. Hopefully they would get to realize that.

They need non crypto investors to push the market . If that is they can partner with existing firms with big banks

That would be very good but I think we need a new Bitcoin hype otherwise no new people will enter th market.

perhaps is what is needed to make a move to investors/some investor or partnership that comes from outside the crypto world in order to drag and restart crypto based investors...

The project certainly attracts the attention of companies outside the crypto, but at the moment it is a bit difficult for them to work with Fintechs of Blockchain, because the legislation still block this type of partnership.
