There is not even a level! it just keeps declining more. We are not reaching any state where we can confidently say it hit the bottom and that's it
Even trading at the current stage makes no sense. If you trade and earn cryptos by trading, the actual crypto would have a declining value so you would either  end up having the same money or even making a loss
