People will work for fiat and not tokens, even though I like the idea of issuing a dapptitude token in the future.
Don't. We have enough tokens as it is. Approaching 2k on CMC now. Keep payments in fiat-values perhaps, since people have to set industry rates that are anyway based on fiat values, but select an existing, established cryptocurrency as payment. Bitcoin's always a sure winner, but I'm sure most people/freelancers, including myself, always make allowances for alts that are these days almost as easy to exchange. Ether's pretty popular as alternative, I even accept Litecoin. Whatever it is, just make sure it's something with its own blockchain.
That also contributes to our beloved crypto economy, too, so win-win-win.
