Frankly speaking, i dont understand what sense it makes to hold private presale. The number of participants is small, not much money will be collected, DRESS tokens will be burnt. Its better to launch a presale than to hold such strange events.
First, the project has allocated only 15% of the total issue to this crowdsale round. Secondly, major players take part in such rounds: big investors, funds and etc. Minimum investment amount is 5 Eth and more! So, as it seems to me, there wont be any problems in terms of fundraising.
