Are you LARP'ing that your a truth teller or something? The proposal system brought in from Dash was to help fund the project and bring in professional developers, full time.
You may not agree with how the funds are spent, but proposals are voted on relatively well and are approved by the voting community.
Price's have fallen and the proposal to keep development at 100% pace was adjusted, now 30,000 CRW Per month or 75% of proposal funds.
Crown has fulltime developers,
1x Cryptographer
3x C++ devs
1x QA/Tester
Who produce updates every 3 months (Thats the goal).
And tbh, of all crypto currencies to choose to go after, you go after Crown...
