That’s a funny article. Most of the altcoins of 2017 has shown very poor performance and others are somehow hanging there. You are right about the bounty campaigns that too many people participate in the bounty programs so they get very less coins. But not all altcoins are shit and we might see the better ones yet to come out, maybe in 2019.
