So for 15$ we have access to ~20k rotating IP's? How did you get your hands on those? Did you crack them?
If not, are these residential IP's or IP's from datacenters? Where exactly do they come from?
I bought and used it, these IPs from a scanner, not from datacenters. But the original rating, the number of IPs much and the page load speed fast.
