- Change everything Around you literally !!
change your routine... your room... your sadly tracks.. Clothes to colorful/or rainbow ^^ .. your PC/Socialnetwork backgrounds

- Spend some time with good friends that gives you a positive power.. Never live alone... if you are single  better look for.. at any dating sites

- while you are connection to internet.. read articles/watch Videos that inspiring you.. every anew day listen to one of those videos that surely will change
whole your days and start anew day powerfully ..

- go to park.. in the  the morning go for Run.. spend some time in the gym. any sports  work out .. that definitely will change your thoughts..
