I think you forgot to post with profile link of
quachthu97. Any way I don't know you ban permanently of temporary. You got ban means you was violate forum rules. If you got permanent ban there is low chance to get back your account. Depend on moderators , they can clear your case.
If ban permanently better create new account.
Create a new account and don't do the same thing again.
