I don't understand Russian and don't know what those texts say.  As for the first few accounts, they don't look to be participating in the same bounties, so I wouldn't tag them for abusing them.  I'm responding to your PM here so the community can see.  It doesn't appear to be appropriate to give those accounts neg trust.
