The main aim about trading is to make profit, if you can't make profit then don't trade at all, what for you sacrifice your time and your energy to search news and reading chart but still lose money, in this bear market the most suitable action is to buy and hold potential coin
Well, for me this bearish is an opportunity to look for bargain. If I may not profit right now, I see to it that sooner I will gain a profit when market recovers. Also if I get bored in trading, I do some activities that I may enjoy like playing with my pet dog, having a new haircut, go fishing etc. Get a life also and have a break in trading whenever a market is not favorable and if you feel burn out.
