Bitcoin and Ethereum are different in purpose yet theybare comparing because they both got the largest volume in cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is well known coin and Ethereum is well know in smart contracts. I think they are both helping the economy to move forward so I can't decide which is better.
Large volumes inside of Ethereum would be pretty bad. The transactions inside of Ethereum is not that fast.
