WARNING - withdrawals canceled by team - then bannes me on telegram when investigating

I am waiting for now more then 6days for a withdrawal. After putting pressure on them for 5 days i finaly got a incomming transaction on my wallet but after just a few minutes - before it could be confirmed - they canceled it from their side claiming it already has been completed in the support channel on the site.

I even gave them the ling to etherscan.io where you can see the transaction canceled:

they just send a kinda robotic standart answer over and over since 6 days:

please wait 24-48hours thanks for your patience.

before they banned me i was able to talk to some others haveing the same problem.... also the site is almost non functional, its a shame bringing out a NOT working product like that and treating your early investors and customers like that.

STAY AWAY FROM THAT SITE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BURN YOUR MONEY!
