From Dec 2013 to Jan 2015 BTC went from 1000 to 200 USD and it took 3 years to go up to 20000. Also most of the alts will dump even more than BTC before eventually come back up. They're just market cycles, blockchain tech is still fine and will be used now and in the future.
not all the altcoins would recover. a lot of them will die and many will continue to struggle to gain back half of what they lost while they are being replaced by other altcoins that get pumped instead of them.
for example if you look at the market from years ago you can see the top 10 were a complete different set of coins. and it will be the same in near future too.
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking right now. In this case, for people who wants to buy crypto coins in this bear market need a lot of analysis. Although the price too low and it's good time to buy but if you buy wrong coins, so it will be worthless later. Need a serious research to determine what coins to buy.
