Yes, bitcoin does have strong support wall at the 5K USD rate and I guess it will always see its bottom at 6K USD no matter what happens or how hard it dumps in the market. People are ready to buy at 6K USD strongly and thats why when ever it reaches the bottom like this then there are more buy orders in the market as compared to the sell orders and thus filling up the market cap very quickly. Now you see, the market is already green after it reached from 8.000 to 6.000 recently because of the mentioned reason only. By the way I dont think that institutional investors are dropping out because they will be the first to buy at such low levels.
