If you're a Customer of Livecoin and want to ask something or resolve an issue, contact us only via tickets. All Customers' requests are to be resolved ONLY via tickets, except issues concerning recovery of access to an account.

If you are a Customer of Livecoin and you cannot get access to your account due to: loss of Google 2-FA, blocking of IP address or for any other reason, please, send a request to help@livecoin.net with detailed description of the issue. Account access recovery requests will only be accepted if they are sent from the same e-mail address as was used to open your account at registration.
