How are the air drops determined — is it whenever a dev is ready they will air drop coins to achain holders or does it need to be coordinated? Ultimately, from a hodling perspective, is it reasonable to expect multiple air drops from several devs in a single month when ACT has matured and many devs are realeasing their platforms? Thanks.
