For Kucoin usually arbitrage hobbyists and bounty hunters will use the service from Kucoin. This is very clear because Kucoin lists costs cheaper than binance for new coins.

And serving is the difference between Kucoin and Hitbtc, this is the reason the arbitrage chose Kucoin.
