Sorry guys, had some serious pool problems when the re-target hit.
Vardiff was set for most miners way above what the network diff was. Tried to change it and, for lack of a better way to put it, the pool crapped itself.

No, I have never seen these problems before - not sure what the heck is going on.

Perfect. Thats where I set my miner to this morning before leaving for work.... Hopefully you can get it resolved. Otherwise, I've wasted another day on iCoin....
