Invest in ICO regardless of whoever. Everyone can invest in bounty hunters. Let them have capital to invest in ICO projects. When the project is successful they will be divided according to their share of the profits. Hunters must find out whether the project is good or not, is it worth the venture?
That's right mate, everybody has it's freedom to choose for whether they like bounty hunting of being an investor.
