I suggest you to enjoy your life rather than spending too much time on this billion dollar idea. If you are enjoying this billion dollar idea then share it with your closest friend (you will have to ignore their negative feedback though).

Don't go after someone who is doing 9 to 5 job, they sold themselves to work for others. Pick one who has entrepreneurship skills. S/he does not have to be highly successful. Don't underestimate their struggling. Only an entrepreneur friend (if you can sold¹ him the idea of-course) can take the idea from you and turn it into a successful project.

¹ This selling is nothing to do with money. What I mean by that is - to make him 100% convinced that this is THE PERFECT idea for him.
