The same happened to me yesterday.
Ticket marked as resolved with the automatic answer:
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we need some time to trace your deposit with our bank.
Did they ever find your money?
Update 1/10/2014As of Today I have not received my money. A trace was completed by Bank of America on January 2nd. They are confident that the money was deposited successfully.
At this point it seems to be an error with A. BTC-E or B. Mayzus Financial Services.
I will be contacting Mayzus today.
In all seriousness this is totally unacceptable to have $5000 not credited after one month and one week. If anyone has been in this situation before, I would really appreciate some advice. Thanks!
