if you really wanted to sell at $12, you could have put in an order yesterday.

Who knew what it was going to today. The point is - you should be able to log into that site at any time in under a minute, not 10-15 like it took to log in + add a tradehindsight tells me that yesterday one would have been more inclined to sell for $12, not less inclined.
...but i get your point about the slow site... i hope they can upgrade soon.
