That chart is wrong most of the times. Check pools websites:
Eligius is 1.6PH/s
BTCGuild is 3.3PH/s
GHash.io is 4.7PH/s
That chart is based on solved blocks. So it's function of variance (i.e. luck)
and pool's hashrate. 24h timespan it's not the best choice, though.
