Hello, I already had your wallet for the 4th day. I can not get money, hang out my ETH. I can not get 35 ETH in a "purse trading", to "trade". They just give out a mistake, and they do not allow anything to be done. Where to rush for pomoshchshyu? 4 day is already a lot for such an exchange.
This is really worst thing by this exchange try to submit support ticket and keep in touch with them on chat hopefully they will give you some update about this as I also have few issues which take too much time now I leave this site as its one of worst in crypto world so next time think many time before depositing any thing here
