If you will ask me about if you can hold your altcoin for years in you wallet. My answer would be, yes you can. But do not expect it to grow, because altcoin is alaso a risky coins, for me if I were have an altcoin I immediately sell or trade it because I do not want to regret this coins. Its your choice and strategy of you want to hold it for a long time. But just think of it seriously and have a plan for it.
